When you have an exam that involves Range Of Motion, you should stop your range of motion (flexation) as soon as you feel ANY pain, pain being ALITTLE or alot.... Good Luck Semper Fi, Syrus

I think you may want to consider changing POA's. First to find one that's willing to help you get an evaluation higher than 10% for each knee currently....and two that knows the rating schedule well...

Brian, thanks for the input. I have contacted my critter; sadly, or expectedly, no response. Adder, my POA has been great. It was a service rep at the VA who told me about a possible cut in benefits....
